Effective leadership enhances communication, builds trust, and creates a sense of belonging. It fosters a culture of inclusivity, where every voice is heard and valued. By embracing leadership, we can inspire positive change and make a meaningful impact on the lives of others.

 

Leadership Requirements at WIN

As a W.I.N. Leader, you will play a vital role in shaping our community and driving its success. To ensure consistency and excellence, we have established the following requirements for our leaders:

1. Fill out the Leaders Form and sign the WIN Leaders Volunteer Contract Agreement.

2. Must be an official W.I.N. Member.  

3. Helping promote the WIN mission and membership.

4. Attend monthly leadership meetings over Zoom.

5. Host four in-person events a year in your local city.

6. Submit event details 90 days prior to the date of the event through the provided event hosting form.

7. Hosting a weekly room on Clubhouse in the W.I.N. Mansion, while wearing the W.I.N. Sleeves/Uniform. 

8. Participate in the monthly Virtual Networking Event on Zoom.

These qualifications reflect our commitment to maintaining high standards and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of our community. As changes occur, we will ensure to communicate them as needed.
