Dr. Manuela Jimenez, Ed.D., is a dedicated educator, empowering author, and staunch advocate for women's leadership, recently appointed as the Women into Networking (WIN) ambassador. With over a year of mentoring within the WIN community, Dr. Jimenez exemplifies her commitment to lifting other women through mentorship and advocacy.


As the esteemed Dr. World Latina 2025, she proudly represents the principles of female empowerment and leadership. Her multifaceted career is marked by a passionate dedication to fostering the growth of women in education and beyond. Dr. Jimenez's work reflects her unwavering belief in the potential of women as leaders, inspiring them to break barriers and pursue their aspirations.


Currently based in New Jersey, Dr. Jimenez serves as a secondary English teacher, employing her extensive knowledge in educational programming to motivate her students. Her remarkable ability to connect with young minds not only enhances their academic experience but also instills in them the confidence to become future leaders. In recognition of her impactful contributions to women's leadership, she has been nominated for the prestigious Athena Young Professional Award 2024.


Dr. Jimenez's role as a WIN ambassador allows her to further advocate for women's empowerment. She passionately contributes to the WIN community by mentoring women across various educational stages and helping them navigate their professional journeys. Her role involves creating valuable connections, providing guidance, and organizing opportunities that promote visibility and growth for aspiring female leaders.


An accomplished author, Dr. Jimenez contributes to the discourse on women's leadership with works including "From Pageant Queen to World Leader: My Journey of Empowerment." Her writing reflects her personal experiences and insights gained throughout her notable journey in education and advocacy.


Dr. Jimenez’s academic credentials are impressive. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Journalism and a dual major in English Literature from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. She further advanced her expertise with a master's degree in Educational Leadership from Montclair State University and culminated her academic journey with a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from Rowan University.


In addition to her educational endeavors, Dr. Jimenez is making strides in the fashion industry as she prepares to showcase her talents at New York Fashion Week 2025. This opportunity allows her to blend her advocacy for women's empowerment with her passion for creativity and self-expression.


Through her various roles—as a teacher, mentor, author, and model—Dr. Manuela Jimenez continues to inspire countless women. Her relentless dedication to fostering leadership among women, combined with her transformative efforts in education and community engagement, invariably paves the way for future generations of female leaders.
