Our Origin Story

In 2022, what started as an audio group on Clubhouse quickly grew into something extraordinary. A group of like-minded women came together with one shared goal: to network authentically and support one another. The virtual connections sparked something bigger—a need for in-person interactions.

Soon after, we held our very first in-person event. The magic that unfolded during those initial gatherings was undeniable. The conversations, connections, and collaborations formed the foundation of what WIN would become. These powerful moments cemented the importance of having authentic, local connections within communities—and our local WIN cities were born.

As our community grew, so did our vision. Women from around the world reached out, expressing the need for support, guidance, and resources to thrive in business and life. To meet this growing demand, we established Women Into Networking WIN, a nonprofit organization committed to creating a safe and inclusive space where women can connect, share, and grow.
